The works are sculptures which bear the advantage of demanding little space at the pedestrians?level. The space is traversible and is headlong equipped with a scene of life-sized figures. Thus the viewer experiences a new emotional state - he does not fall downwards, but upwards.
The sculptures supplement and link to the surroundings.
Additional shaping of the inner space is not necessary as the sculptures fit in well with their architectural surroundings.

The book of plates "Perversionkorrektivismus - spriwitziodrastische Betrachtungsweise / Perversion-Correctivism - a sparkling - witty - ironic - drastic reflection", published by JUNI-Verlag in 1989, includes the artists intention and 54 colour prints of his works.

Biography: The painter and sculpturer Krausekrause, born in D?sseldorf in 1951, commenced his artistic education at the Academy of Fine Art at Duesseldorf. There limits were very quickly met and he continued under the auspice of well-known characters of the world of art to learn the old and new techniques.
His independent work began ta a very early stage, whereby landscape painting played a major role. His landscapes confirmed his individual style and received the recognition of the art world - e.g. publication in "Les Maitres du Paysage" among others with Turner, Kokoschka, Monet, Dufy, Matisse, etc. as well as exhibitions in Belgium with Dali, Picasso, etc..
In the wake of these successes KRAUSEKRAUSE also attempted to free himself from categorization, in order to unfold the diversity of his artistic talents, to fulfill and put into practise new impulses and developments in painting and sculpture.
The detachment from traditional artistic education enabled him to explore unknown depths in his individual and manifold feelings of indipendence. He had no idols and refused to accept any form of plagiatism, visions or commercial art. The return to fine art as a language understandable to everyone and his detachment from old traditions such as from expressionism, impressionism, avantgardism, etc. strengthened KRAUSEKRAUSE?s personality and showed him the way towards a new reflection: pictures and objects no longer relicts of beauty for the observer but a media apparatus for the state of society.
Techniques and style became inimitable; sculptures were tried under the influences of gravity and material; compounds of different materials were developed; perception and experience are reflected; pictures and sculptures became representing a language for reality reflection in society and its problems.
A new definition is given.
In order to exaggerate this situation KRAUSEKRAUSE defines his work as being sparkling-witty-ironic-drastic in style and technique - spriwitziodrastische reflection. By the compound visibility of the topics the observer found a reversal to positive reflection and correction of a state.
The universal and the cosmopolitan summarization of society and its sociality is created by KRAUSEKRAUSE in a continuously returning, timeless language.
