The content of Yuliya's work is derived from self-analysis, her perception of the surrounding world, dreams and mystical experiences. She tries to avoid being influenced by works of other artists to stay true to herself and uses colors, images and texture as an attempt to express thoughts and to convey emotion. During the process of painting the brush writes in a subconscious language that speech and text are not able to convey. Every piece has a unique story to tell and is an exigency, an extreme urge, and its completion is a satisfying release.
