Ms. Ponyatovskaya has strong desires to work in the interior design/decoration, including the different media: Oil & Watercolor Painting, Batik, Bas-reliefs on wall, Wall covering, Icons, stained glass objects and sculptures. In her art she wishes to rethink heritage & old traditions, and bring new inspiration. Naive art; like primordial (earliest), original traditional art in Batik & Painting give me a lot of inspiration for new vision. There are 5 types of Batik, which came to Europe from ancient Indonesia. It can be: cold Batik, hot Batik, or mixed, tie-dye, free-style. This is hand painting done on natural Silk or Cotton. Among the interior and exterior Bas-reliefs on walls, she enjoys showing Egyptian and Mayan style images of the 3,000 B.C. era in a more imaginative way. During her design of Icons she enjoys using 15th century egg tempera technology on antiquated wood. With this knowledge she has the ability to restore Icons for her clients.
