Biography: I am David Lee Thomas a visual artist living in the South East of England. I recently completed a two year college course studying graphic design and illustration and am currently looking for projects to work on. I create artwork using traditional and digital tools, primarily pencil and pen & ink, but I am also capable of using photo editing programs to create photomanipulated images. My work is and can be of many different themes, mostly in a illustrative style. I especially enjoy creating atmospheric images in both black & white and colour. I have a wide interest in all aspects of visual art, from hand drawn book illustrations to digital photomanipulations. I am very much a visual person, I have for as long as I can remember drawing has been my main passion and have had no doubt it is what I would want to do in life. In the past I have experimented with painting and photography, but I have always returned to just either a pencil or pen and a piece of paper and the process of starting with a blank white piece of space and filling it with ideas.
