allowing an artist to capture a memory, at the point in time it occurs, and to be able to carry the image with you in your heart and soul is what fascinates me about my art form - photography to strive in pushing, pulling, stretching, moving and changing my art form is important / realism, post-modern / abstract - evolution of a style - a time combine photography with painting / sketching / drawing - the boundary definition of photography is about as pass? as marxist ideology in motion as a photographer, i document the interplay between the subject, surroundings, and light photography is a conscious and deliberate positioning of an entire moment frame the image - focus, use light, everything must stop for fractions of time - everything converges - time stands still for an instant - documenting now - people, buildings, cars, activities and how it comes together to create the image in my mind to properly capture the interaction of subjects & light to present an image with dignity and integrity is the focus - photography must add to the collective conscious – not subtract from the good
