Biography: Ger Groeneveld was born on july the 10th of 1948, he is maried and has two daughthers. He studied at the Academy for Visual Arts in the city of Maastricht in the Netherlands and he is painting proffesionally for over twenty five years. Ger participated in many art exhibitions all over the world in countries like Japan, Germany, France, England, the U.S. and the Netherlands. Ger Groeneveld a wellknown, dutch oil painter, mastered thru the years all aspects of painting. The fascinating thing about Ger Groeneveld is that he combines different styles and tecniques and melts them together in to one painting. His special use of brilliant collors fascinates many people. An other thing that Ger Groeneveld is known for is painting portraits of people like: Princes Diana, Nelson Mandela, Z.K.H. Prince Bernhard and the Three Dutch Queens of the twentieth century.
