I have been working as an artist/designer and interior decorator for the past twenty years. I have had the great fortune that a good deal of my interior decorative work has utilsed my skills as an artist. Hopefully this year though will see a return to more painting. Biography: Born in Warwickshire in 1963. Two year foundation in Art and Design at East Warwickshire College and then Wolverhampton Polytechnic to gain a degree in Fine Art, specialising in Painting. Moving from Wolverhampton in the mid eighties - spending the following eighteen years freelancing within commercial and residential interior design but also becoming well known for murals and interior/exterior sign writing. Through out this time, many numerous commissioned paintings and portraits. Relocated in 2003 to live between the rolling Devon countryside and the sea - where presently engaged in setting up a small business in interior design and specialist decorative pieces and undertaking various new commissioned projects. Passionate about the drawing within painting and detail and textures. A bit of an old romantic at heart!
