Photography, drawing, painting and writing poetry are my passions. I am constantly learning new methodologies and exploring possibilities in life. My mixed media work begins as a photograph and is altered through digital manipulation, becomes a giclee and is then painted into. I am interested in creating work that "moves" both lyrically and with shifting foreground, mid ground and background. It is art for those on the forward edge.
Biography: Selected as Resident Artist in Rotary Centre for the Arts, Kelowna, B.C., Canada. B.A, B.Ed., M.A. As high school student won first place Short Story in State Wide Arts Council competition, top art student. University studies in contemporary poetry, philosophy, art and dance. Currently retired from teaching and full-time computer digital artist. Exhibited: Florence, Italy; Ferrar, Italy; Toronto; Vancouver; Prince George; Edmonton, Okanagan Valley; Los Angeles, Calif.
