Welcome. I am a recent graduate of the University of Derby, achieving a 2.1 BA Hons Illustration degree. I am ready to work in a freelance capacity for various purposes. I enjoy using my imagination to create settings and characters. There is a humourous element common to most of my images. I particulary enjoy depicting scenes from books as I find them a good source of inspiration. I also produce observational work including reportage based images and portraits. My work varies in terms of media and style but I retain a definite cartoon-style edge in my current images. My influences include Adrian Johnson. Biography: I have been interested in art from an early age. I studied A Level art and design at college, gained a diploma in art foundation studies, then went on to complete a BA Hons Illustration degree. I graduated in January 2005. I have undertaken various portrait commissions, some of displayed in my portfolio.
