My commercial work strives to illustrate relevant compenents of projects in a semi realistic fashion and is often concerned with Design conceptualization for the built environment. Biography: 2000-Present Self Employed Consultant Project Development. Worked with various Architects, Real Estate Developers, Municipalities, Artists, and Financial Companies preparing proposals, initial design development, Cad work and illustrations, and financing proforma for building projects and other business ventures. Ran two Artist Co-op galleries, wholesaling clothing design to K-Mart throughout Florida. Participated directly with commercial finance companies in generating business and joint venture clients for real estate development. Field work with developers included Project & Construction management. 1985-1999 Art Teacher, Freelance Commercial Artist. Worked with Dade County, Buffalo, and Los Angeles Public Schools as an Art Instructor K-12 while maintaining freelance illustration work largely with Architects. Produced and shown a series of large abstract Fine Art paintings titled “Archetypes”. Worked as an Investment broker 1989-90. 1991-93 worked as an industrial mechanic on 2 power plant construction projects field experience from mobilization to C.O.
