Biography: Born In Vancouver, Emily Gray was raised on her family's oyster farm on the north of the Sunshine Coast, B.C. Canada. She graduated from Pender Harbour Secondary as top student in 2005. currently Emily Gray is enrolled in 2nd year general fine arts at Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design. Gray's main focus has been murals and paintings. In 2004, under the mentoring of Ken Walters, Emily Gray Painted a 600 Square foot mural at the Pender Harbour Aquatic and Fitness Centre. Since then she has indipendantly painted a 300 square foot mural for the Egmont Heritage Centre. Also Gray has painted a 300 square foot mural as a grad backdrop. Currently Emily Gray is in her 2nd year at Emily Carr Institute of Art and DEsign where she is taking a diverse range of courses including english, Sociology, art history, ceramics photo, print, drawing, painting, video and sound. Right now Emily's part time job is painting a small scale mural, 9 ft by 9 ft, in a person's home.
