"Picture Your Life In A Drawing" I specialize in Signature Portraits, a customer would provide a photo and I will sketch it then Mat & frame it. The customer would leave the glass out of the frame and put it on display for guests to write messages on the mat. Biography: I have been into art since I was 12 Years old, I never really had an interest in anything else. By the time I was 16 I wanted to make a living as an Artist so, I started off by attending Vo-Tech during High School. I received a certification in Commercial Art. I have some College, I enrolled in the Graphic Design program at Allentown Business School, only to find out that it wasn't what I wanted. The first semester was great! It was all the basics, painting, drawing, color theory, some logo design & some advertising but once I got into the second semester where the computer was the primary tool, I quit! I then enrolled at Lehigh Carbon Community College for Humanities & Arts. I loved it, but I just couldn't figure out what I was going to do with an Associate's Degree in Humanities & Arts. It had nothing to do with the type of art I enjoyed. I ended up moving so, I didn't return for the second semester. From that point on, I went from job to job. I always wanted to do something in the Tattoo Industry but, I never really got up the self-esteem to do so. Tattoo Artists are so good! I did show one Tattoo Artist my work and he said he liked it and wanted to see more of it. Well, I never did go back with anything else. One of my biggest problems was that I'd design something for someone & I wouldn't keep a copy for myself. I would just give away the original. Well, I've stopped doing that. As my life moved on, it got busy! Now I am 28 years old, I'm married & have a two year old daughter. In February I mentioned that I wanted to start my own business to my husband & he has supported me on my decision. So, here I am. It's three months now & I've had two orders. I'm a busy stay at home Mom & every chance I get, I am designing yet another tattoo for myself or someone else. Well, in a nutshell, that's my story as an Artist. I hope you enjoy my artwork.
