I strive to express what it's like to be a young woman in contemporary society. My work is very influenced by feminist thinkers and artists. I feel it's important to show how women are interconnected and share similar obstacles. A lot of my pieces are about my struggle to find myself and my own authentic true voice.
Biography: I graduated from Seattle University with a major in Visual Art and a Minor in Psychology. I'm now studying Art Therapy at Antioch University working towards my M.A. in Child Couple Family Therapy. I'm now selling some of my artwork to scrape together some extra money. Plus, a small risky part of myself has always wanted to feel like a real artist and sell my work.
