I am an Ottawa Photographer with a passion for art, including painting, drawing, dance, graphic design, and mainly photography.
I graduated from the 2 year Photography Diploma Program at Algonquin College , and have specialized in portraiture ever since. I run a small studio out of my house and concentrate on building modelling portfolios.

2005: Prestige Canadian Fashion Magazine Photographer, Ottawa Ontario
• Set up and modified lighting
• Photographed models/stars at different locations for feature articles, including Catherine Clark
• Edited photos for publishing

• Downloaded images from memory card and ran two slideshows for picture viewing

2004: Graphic Design Collaboration
Collaborated with a graphic design team to produce a brochure for the 2004 Blues festival in Ottawa, Ontario.

• Digitally produced the final image for the brochure in both greyscale and colour

2003-current: Modeling Portfolios
Created several varied images for modeling portfolios.
• Designed interesting varied model poses and themes
• Worked with studio tungsten, flash, speedatron and ambient light
• Chose from hundreds of photographs to produce the final 20 images to be displayed
• Used digital and traditional film capture and printed in a black and white darkroom as well as manipulated photographs with Adobe Photoshop
• Edited backgrounds, colour balanced using hue and saturation, curves, colour balance, photo retouched, removed scratches and blemishes and applied Photoshop filters such as Gaussian blur, unsharp mask, etc.
VOLUNTEER WORK:
2005: Westside Studio, Toronto Ontario
•Assisted several photographers with in studio and on location shoots ranging from Swiss Chalet and Bell Canada to lawn care.
• Helped with model casting
• Made business telephone calls on behalf of Westside
• Stuffed portfolios
2002-2003: The Canadian Health & Squash Club Daycare, Ottawa Ontario
• Responsible for up to 20 kids between the ages of 3 months and 9 years old
