Flowers have always been a source of inspiration to me although I also paint landscapes as well. Colour is always an important element in whatever subject I choose. I work mostly in watercolour but occasionally use soft pastel too
Biography: I trained as a primary school teacher but painting has always been a hobby throughout my life. Now it has taken over my life! Besides painting I also have a range of greetings cards and prints on paper and canvas for sale in the UK and abroad. I also teach paintings to adults several times a week and have made two instructional videos on watercolour painting which are for sale in the SAA ( Soc for All Artists) catalogue
