Thank you for viewing my art! I am a Vancouver based artist specialising in portraits of people, pets and wildlife. All portraits are hand drawn using graphite and charcoal. I also paint with acrylics, water colors and oils but prefer the use of charcoal and graphite for portraits as I love the hands on feeling that connects me even more with the subject.
Biography: In 1981 the Mendel Art Gallery displayed my artwork as part of the Young At Art exhibition. In 1982 my work was published in a Souvenir Student Art Calendar, as well as being displayed at the Mendel Art Gallery. I have been drawing off and on through out the years as I can never seem to learn enough and love seeing each face come to live on the paper in front of me!
