Alban Meka born in 13.11.1976 in the city of Gjakova-Kosova,for three years he worked in the atelier of the prof. Bedri Emra. In the year 2000 he got registered in the faculty of fine arts – the departament of paintings in the class of prof.ac. Tahir Emra in the University of Prishtina. He graduated in the year of 2005 and now he has started the postgraduation in the class of the prof. Zake Prelvukaj .
