I was born in the Midlands in Northampton in 1947, and since a very young age I have always been involved in the arts. However, in 2003 I moved to Gran Canaria and started a new life. Since then I have specialised in silk painting as I now have more free time to do it.
Biography: My art has taken different forms as follows. Over the years I have been involved in dress design, pattern cutting and had my own children´s boutique. Also having had my own dance, drama and theatre schools and cabaret dancers worldwide, I have designed and supplied costumes for these. This then extended to supplying cruise ships, circuses etc. I specialised in National Folklore groups and enjoyed researching them. In the past I did silver smithing and I still make jewellery.
