Hi people, I hope you enjoy browsing my work and get a general feel of what I am trying to convey while appreciating aestetic value. Without getting into too much detail, my pictures and illustrations all carry a very specific theme. Through my work I try a convey how suspicious society and people are of any thing we do (a pattern I have noticed and observed all over the world in the modern metropolis of London, New Yok, Boston, Paris, Tunis,Melbourne...). Even the most simple or nice gesture is approached with caution, people are no longer deemed as nice; this urban induced paranoia is prevelant through out western culture and society. The result of which is my work; I take the most simple of everyday gestures, items, expressions and warp and distort them to give the viewer a visual perception of how urbanised paranoia has manifested itself in our everyday lifes.
Biography: I am 21 years old and have studied various art and design courses and am currently working in freelance journalism. I have always been a very visual person but prefer to operate and express myself utilizing digital arts packages. I am influenced by various artists, and adore the work of Rothko, Pollock and Liechenstein, and try to incorporate all of these influences while retaining a large amount of originality.
