My name is Dan Bryant and I live and work in Somerset. I received a Foundation degree in fine art from Plymouth University, via Somerset College in 2006. My time at college fermented my 3 dimensional awareness and I shifted from predominantly painting to developing an organic-abstract style of intuitive sculpture. My artistic influences are wide ranging, Basquiat, Twombly, Picasso, Long, Goldsworthy, Hepworth and Virtue. I share my time between art and caring for my four children with my wife in a small rural village.
