Biography: b. Shrewsbury, 1976 Drew Darcy's artistic talent was recognised at secondary school, where he was awarded an astonishing 100% in his art GCSE. He went on to study 'A' level art, gaining an A grade in this subject. Drew Darcy then moved to Bournville Art College, where he studied for a BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design, specialising in Fine Art, from 1995-96. Since graduating, Drew Darcy has made waves in the music industry and become recognised as one of the leading talents in the contemporary art world. Since becoming a full-time artist in 2003, Drew has enjoyed sell-out success of his work, with his oil originals exhibited around the country to great acclaim. He is currently preparing for his first major one-man show.
