Art is my passion, as well as my full-time career. I was born, live and work in Yorkshire, UK and am also a busy mother to a young son! I love working with texture, it gives me even more scope to create exciting and thought provoking work and makes you want to touch the painting as well as look at it, which is an aspect I really enjoy. My work is almost always figureless and can be open to different interpretation by each person that views it, which is what I aim to achieve in my more contemporary work. As well as being sold direct from art functions, etc. my work is also sold via interior design outlets in Southern Ireland and the UK, as well as being commissioned by interior design companies to provide work for show homes.
