Through color, composition and framing I reevaluates reality by emphasizing maybe obvious, but esthetic qualities, often overlooked in our modern life. In my work, I utilize a unique process in which I furthermore alter my original photography before applying it on canvas. The blurry quality characterizes our distracted perception of reality.
Biography: Sven Weidner was born and raised in Germany. He studied design in D?sseldorf, where he earned his B.A. in Visual Communications. His working experiences led him to Tel Aviv and New York where he mainly focused in CG Computer Graphics and 3D Character Animation. However, his love for photography, which developed early in his childhood, was a constant companion during the years and an essential part of his life.
