Biography: Salutations. I am a recent graduate of a liberal arts college where I studied Fine Art and French. I maintained a 3.7 GPA and also earned a spot on the Dean's List through all four years. I had previously done work with acrylics on canvas and upon entering Westminster College, explored many more different styles and media. From spray painting found objects to watercolors, and wheelthrowing ceramics to building rustic furniture, I've gained new insights for design through many interesting classes. My most recent work included over 50 small-scale mixed-media pieces. The themes touched upon aspects of communicating, with the most relevant aspects in my personal life ranging from language, music, and even instant messages. Eight series were displayed, representing a large portion of the senior gallery show. My greatest strengths include an exceptional eye for color, an excellent sense of texture, and the use of repetition. Thank you for taking the time to visit my portfolio.
