Biography: Johann Peter Preiss Born on May 8th, 1952 1968 - 1975: Graduate of the College of Art and Design in Linz, Upper Austria 1982 - 1987: Foreign Studios Winner of the “Hoer zu” Award Member of the "Painter and Sculptors Association" Member of the "ex Libris" club Austria National and international exhibitions and participation as well as illustrations of children’s books Architecture Exhibits are owned by public and private art collectors in: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, England, Scotland, Egypt, Japan, Australia, USA, Pembroke Bermuda J.P. Preiss and his family currently live in Maissau, Lower Austria. He is teaching Art at the High School in Krems.
