Biography: Artist Resume Paul Evans is a graduate of the internationally recognized Nova Scotia College of Art & Design. In 1994 he graduated with a Visual Communication Degree, as well as a Fine Art Degree. Paul has been operating Evans Communications Inc. since graduation, providing all facets of branding, advertising, design, photography, illustration, music, songwriting, voice over, scriptwriting, creative writing, jingle writing and web development services.
