The idea of capturing aluring images through a tiny lense has always interested me ever since I was a little girl. Every little girl has had a toy camera where they take pictures of anything and everything, and that is when my love of photography came to life. After taking pictures for many years my work has started to evolve from the normal ways people see things to taking on new perspectives, and thats what makes taking pictures fun for me, using the courage of a camera lense to view things in more of a graphic nature versus a tradtional one.There are no themes to my work , the pictures are things seen in everyday life but through a new perspective. Elements of color and movement have always interested me, also the effect line can have on a photo is amazing to me. When other artiist view my work I would like them to walk away with an appreciation for life and how the ability to make something look completely different than it is, is a whole new gift in itself.
