Hand drawing is the essence of a good visual artist.
Biography: I was born in 1978 in Postojna and since than I live in Rakek. I was always an artistic soul so I constantly improved my drawing and musical talents - guitar playing and singing. Pencil is a tool that is always near me so I usualy made small sketches which led me to a decision of being an illustrator, caricaturist, comic strip artist. Therefor I chose the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana. I started studying Visual Design in 2001. Some of my most important teachers were: prof. Tomaz Krzisnik, prof. Milan Eric, prof. Milan Pajk and prof. Zdravko Papic, whom I also chose as my first mentor for diploma work. In 2004 I went to Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts (Croatia) within the CEEPUS exchange program to study animation. Prof. Darko Krec, prof. Zoltan Novak, prof. Milan Trenc, prof. Joe King from Great Britain who had a one week Exerimental Video Workshop there, prof. Ladislav Galeta and prof. Josko Marusic. I am currently finishing my studying on Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana. I am preparing a classical animation for my diploma. My mentors are prof. Zdravko Papic and prof. Milan Eric.
