I relive memories in my work. I remember feeding chickens with my grandmother, the smell of summer and the movement of clouds across the sky. I love animals, especially horses. I try to capture their strength and gentleness. Wildlife - deer, geese, elk - fascinate me. I have the ability to capture them on canvas, and I enjoy sharing my work with the world. I'm never too shy to paint in front of people, explain what I am doing and why, and try to pass along what I've learned as well as learn from others to make my work better.
Biography: A Nebraska native, Pamela earned a bachelor's degree in fiction writing in 1990. She is a member of the Fremont, NE Area Art Association. She has been invited to local shows, and exhibited at wildlife shows. Most of her work is commissions for pet portraits and pencil portraits. Recently she has been encouraged to put together a portfolio and expand her art horizons.
