Biography: I was born and raised in the city of Pullman, Washington. It's a lovely place to grow up, but not a good dwelling for a person thriving to be an artist. After high school I made a break for the west side and found myself studying graphic design at a truly wonderful school called Shoreline Community College. I attribute all my computer design skills to SCC! To finish out a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design I scooted over to the University of Washington, but I fell in love with textiles, fibers, glass, ceramics and drawing instead. I graduated from UW with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in December of 2008. I've worked numerous jobs in art and design (and some with no connection to art at all). These have all been wonderfully fulfilling opportunities where I've been able to grow and meet some exceptional people. Now I'm at the next step of my life and I am searching for a place to continue my happy work as an artist and designer.
