Biography: VLADIMIR SEMENSKY 1968 – Born in village Imantav, Kazakhstan. 1991 – graduated the Krasnoturinsk Artistic College. 1992-1996 – studied in St Petersburg Academy of Arts named I.E. Repin. Since 1996 lives and works in Moscow.
