I am interested in communications that employ interesting visual - and design - elements in their messages. As the field of communications becomes increasingly visual, and less word-oriented, graphic designers must become increasingly creative in their appeals to audiences. I find this challenge to be a fascinating one because it bridges both fields of art and mass communications. Also, it demands a knowledge of psychology, demographics, and graphic conventions. I am particularly interested in the interplay of texture, line, space, and form.
Biography: I am a graphic artist/illustrator who has over four years of experience in the graphic design industry. I am proficient in the following programs with both operating systems MacOS and Windows: Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2, Freehand, CorelDraw, QuarkXPress, and Acrobat CS2. Also, I am knowledgeable in the folowing programs: GoLive and Dreamweaver.
