At University I studied Visual Arts. This course increased my education of the various mediums Art can take in today ’s society. I class myself as a ‘Artist’, and under such a broad label I free myself to produce all kinds of Art, from hand painting canvases to working as a makeup artist, to using graphic design software. As a Graphic Artist I can retouch photographs quickly and effectively using Photoshop, I possess traditional drawing skills to an extremely high standard, I can successfully convert these skills to vector based drawings in Illustrator and Indesign and provide unique layouts. I am able to follow a brief through to completion and to create my own briefs when a client wants a more artistic approach. From being trained as a Visual Artist, I can provide designs and artwork that can both capture attention and express the desired message.
