I hope you enjoy the diversity of my work. Over the years, I seem to have possessed a chameleon-like ability to transform myself into different styles of art, even from one piece of work to the next. I never get bored as an artist. I ship my work to any part of the world.
Biography: Born in Cape Town, South Africa, I relocated to the UK in 1997, to Italy in 2004 and back to the UK in 2009. I studied art at school, was a freelance artist in South Africa and since 2002 I have taught adults and children Art and Art Therapy in London, Rome and Florence. I obtained a teaching qualification with the University of Cambridge in Rome in 2005, have set up a private school in Florence, teach privately and my focus is moving towards public speaking using creative energies to boost personal growth and development, especially in the Health & Wellbeing sector. As well as having been a commissioned artist painting portraits, abstract and fine art, I teach private and group workshops in glass painting, fabric painting, acrylic painting, watercolour painting, pen/ink wash, illustration techniques and use art as therapy. My passion for creative expression has also included writing an autobiographical novel entitled "Screw Screwing It Up!" about overcoming adversity and includes poetry, short stories and fantasy. I am busy with my second book. I completed a Diploma in Interior Design in 2009 and I'm currently studying towards my Degree in Interior Design. The commissions, private collections and my book are in homes around the world. My last exhibition was held at the beautiful Castello del Trebbio in Florence, Italy in October 2006. Other interests include Graphology, Counselling and the power of the mind: the power of prayer, positive thinking and mind over matter!
